We got together some very helpful friends – both from within Kansas City and without! – to put together some care kits to bring at least a little bit of love and comfort to those in need.

A local Kansas City church, as part of a broader apologetics program, hosted popular apologist Lee Strobel. We decided to head over and make ourselves available to anyone who might have questions, and we got a number of people curious about what it means to be an atheist (and a few looking out for a hug or two)!
We, and some Christian friends of the community, got together to assemble some care kits full of sunscreen, water, and nutritious and delicious treats to help those in need around the city!

With the help of some giving and friendly freethinkers, we grilled up some delicious food and served it alongside some equally delicious sides with yard games and smiles all around!
